 A Manageable Habit-Stacking Plan for Sustainable Self-Care After Betrayal

Come Awake Foundations of Health helps betrayed partners create lasting, healing habits by incorporating a particular Focus into each part of their daily routine one week at a time over the course of 12 months. Every partner crafts a unique-to-her routine with unique-to-her goals. Each Focus can be revisited cyclically to build upon or update as they continue on through different seasons of life. Utilizing the power of group, this year-long program empowers betrayed partners to create a healthy lifestyle that supports sustainability and increases the effectiveness of the recovery work they are already doing all without overloading their to-do list. 

What This Program IS

  • An implementation of basic self-care techniques built into our day-to day lives
  • A flexible tool to help you improve your standard of living while healing from betrayal
  • A resource to use to improve energy and function in order to continue to recover and heal.
  • Suggestions that can be adapted to fit your unique needs and capabilities
  • A way to build trust with yourself that focuses on what you can control


What This Program IS NOT

  • A "to do" list to add to the stress you already have
  • A guilt trip for all that you are not able to currently do
  • A measuring stick for how well you are healing
  • A comprehensive plan for how to heal from betrayal 


    What You Get When You Join

    • Bi-monthly live groups sessions on the 2nd and 4th Sunday nights of the month at 8PM CST. Sessions are recorded and will be available to members who can't attend live.
    • A private Facebook group to post pictures, ask questions, share ideas, get to know each other, and motivate group members toward achieving their goals. 
    • Re-usable printables to help organize, sustain, and improve your health journey
    • Weekly moderated check-in opportunities in our Facebook group

    Preemptively preparing for challenges and known obstacles that could impact our goals


    The Weekly Rotation: Creating a Sustainable Journey  

    Week 1: Nightly Routine

    Week 2: Morning Routine

    Week 3: Afternoon Routine

    Week 4: Evening Routine 


    Focus 1: Surrendering Our Humanity in the Basics
    For Focus 1, we build trust with ourselves as we keep our commitments to small,
    daily tasks that pack a big punch. 


    Month 2: Drinking 2 L of Water a Day

    Month 3: An Exercise Routine We Can Commit To

    Month 4: A Healthy Sleep Schedule for Our Best Slumber

    Month 5: Creating a "Can" Spiritual Life Instead of a "Should"


    Focus 2: Fueled Through Nutrition

    With Focus Two, we turn to food to fuel our new routines, "stacking" onto the basic
    foundation we created with Focus 1. Each week, we bring more of the nutrition we need
    to each part of our day combining foundational habits with a healthier diet.

    Month 6: Creating More Energy with the Amount of Protein Our Bodies Need

    Month 7: Getting the Nutrients We Need for Better Brain Functioning with 2 Cups of Vegetables a Day

    Month 8: Consuming Adequate Fiber for Depression-crushing Serotonin Levels

    Month 9: Lowering Added Sugars to Help Sustain Our Health Long Term

     

    Focus 3: Living Out Our Values as We Heal

    With Focus 3, we use our new routines and increased physical health to build habits that
    reflect our deepest held values in areas that often sabotage our healing after
    betrayal.


     Month 10: Keeping the Commitments We Most Value

    Month 11: Living Within Our Values Around Friendships

    Month 12: Aligning Our Entertainment Consumption with Our Core Values

    Optional Bonus Month 13: Bringing Peace to Our Financial World
