Having been on a journey of recovery for quite a while now, I feel immensely blessed by the women who have become my closest friends while knowing my darkest secrets and deepest fears. They are the ones who have taught me to trust again. It really does take a village to recover from betrayal, and building our own village is an essential part of the process.

A year-long support group focused on creating a sustainable lifestyle after betrayal. Rather than overwhelm, members slowly but surely create lifestyle changes that enhance the healing work they have done or are doing all with the support of women who "get it." Sessions are recorded if you can't make it, and a private Facebook group provide continuous support and encouragement. Daily videos offer advice and encouragement for each step of the program. Membership opens every month.

Psychoeducation, guest speakers, Q&A: these FREE monthly meetings have it all. Join anonymously if desired. Catholic PSAP Steve O'Connor offers a wonderful inner child group for those struggling with problematic sexual behavior. The inner child model is similar to internal family systems. Couples can benefit from going through these two groups simultaneously.

No matter what your heart desire for the future, a relationship plagued with sexual addiction and betrayal must die in order to make room for individual and relational healing. Trauma bonds often stand in the way. Join this group for 8 weeks of community supported healing as we come to understand our current relational and mental patterns, find acceptance and peace in reality, help our brains get out of survival mode, and begin healing our attachment wounds.
