Having been on a journey of recovery for quite a while now, I feel immensely blessed by the women who have become my closest friends while knowing my darkest secrets and deepest fears. They are the ones who have taught me to trust again.  It really does take a village to recover from betrayal, and building our own village is an essential part of the process.

Come Awake Foundations of Health Support Group

A year-long support group focused on creating a sustainable lifestyle after betrayal. Rather than overwhelm, members slowly but surely create lifestyle changes than enhance the healing work they have done or are doing all with the support of women who "get it." Sessions are recorded if you can't make it, and a private Facebook group provide continuous support and encouragement. Members can join month by month or purchase a monthly subscription for the year at a discounted price.

Come Awake FREE Open Meetings

Psychoeducation, guest speakers, Q&A: these FREE monthly meetings have it all. Join anonymously if desired. These sessions are meant as additional support and a resource to you as you navigate the often confusing waters of betrayal.

Come Awake Catholic Support Group (Facebook)

Join over 1000 Catholic betrayed wives as we encourage each other in Christ, suggest resources that have been helpful for us, over insights based on our own experiences, and stand in prayer and solidarity as we all navigate healing together.
