Guided Recovery Groups in 2027
Come Awake Guided Recovery Pathways
See Where Your Recovery Can Go Next
Recovery isn't one-size-fits-all. As your needs change, different kinds of work may become important.
Come Awake Guided Recovery Communities are organized across three pathways and three phases of recovery.
Pathways help you identify the kind of work you want to focus on.
Phases help you understand the depth and focus of that work.
You don't have to complete every group or follow one perfect sequence. This structure simply helps you understand where each community fits and what possibilities are available as your recovery continues.
The Three Pathways
Clarity Pathway
Understand what has happened, strengthen boundaries and self-trust, and gain greater clarity about yourself, your relationships, and the patterns affecting your recovery.
Relational Pathway
Explore relational patterns, connection, and what healthy relationship actually looks like as you move toward deeper relational healing.
Integration Pathway
Understand and compassionately engage your internal world, explore the deeper impact of your experiences, and bring the different parts of yourself and your story toward greater healing and integration.
Parts Work is one of the primary tools used throughout this pathway.
Understanding the Three Phases
The pathway helps you choose what kind of work you want to focus on. The phase helps you understand where that work fits within the recovery process.
You don't have to move through the phases on a rigid timeline. Recovery isn't that linear. The phases simply help us match the depth and focus of a community to the work you are ready to do.
Phase 1 — Understand & Stabilize
Phase 1 helps you understand what is happening and develop tools for navigating it.
This is foundational work. You may be learning new language for your experiences, recognizing patterns you couldn't see before, developing practical recovery skills, and beginning to find greater stability in yourself and your life.
The focus: What is happening, and what do I need right now?
Phase 2 — Explore & Heal
Phase 2 moves beyond understanding into deeper exploration and healing.
You may begin examining the patterns, wounds, beliefs, protective responses, boundaries, or relational dynamics that have developed through your experiences. There is more opportunity to apply what you've learned and become curious about what is happening beneath the surface.
The focus: How has this affected me, and what needs healing?
Phase 3 — Integrate & Build
Phase 3 focuses on integration and the life you want to build moving forward.
The work becomes less centered on simply responding to betrayal and more focused on incorporating what you've learned into your identity, relationships, story, choices, and future.
This doesn't mean recovery is "finished." It means you are increasingly able to use what you've learned to intentionally create something new.
The focus: What do I want to build from here?
How the Pieces Fit Together
Your PATHWAY tells you the kind of work you're doing:
Clarity • Relational • Integration
Your PHASE tells you the depth and focus of that work:
Understand & Stabilize → Explore & Heal → Integrate & Build
Together, they help you find a Guided Recovery Community that fits the work in front of you now while allowing you to see what may become possible next.

Clarity Pathway
Phase 1 — Clarity: Reclaiming Your Inner Compass
Gaslighting can leave you questioning far more than what happened. Learn to recognize its impact, rebuild confidence in your own perceptions and instincts, and begin approaching decisions with greater clarity and self-trust.
Phase 2 — Boundaries: Finding Peace for Every Part of You
Move beyond simply knowing that you "need boundaries." Explore what happens internally when you try to establish and maintain them, and learn to approach the different parts of you involved in boundary-setting with greater curiosity and clarity.
Phase 3 — Rebuilt: From Surviving to Thriving
Move beyond understanding what happened and begin intentionally rebuilding your life. Explore who you are becoming, what matters to you, and how you want to create a life characterized not simply by survival, but by greater freedom, purpose, and possibility.
Relational Pathway
Phase 1 — Released to Heal™
Recognize unhealthy relational cycles, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin moving toward healthier connection, greater clarity, and freedom.
Phase 2 — Redeeming the Impact
Explore more deeply how betrayal has affected your relationship and begin engaging the work of relational healing.
Phase 3 — The Marriage You Want
After spending so much time learning to recognize what is unhealthy, develop a clearer picture of what healthy marriage actually looks like and explore those principles within your own relationship.
Integration Pathway
Phase 1 — Altogether You
Learn the foundations of Parts Work and begin compassionately understanding and engaging the different parts of you that have been affected by betrayal.
Phase 2 — Awakening: IFS Deep Dive
Go deeper into Parts Work as you develop a greater understanding of your internal system, protective patterns, and the parts of you that carry pain.
Phase 3 — Storywork
Bring Parts Work into a deeper exploration of your story, allowing greater understanding, compassion, meaning, and integration.
Coming in 2027
Throughout 2027, Come Awake will offer Guided Recovery Communities from all three pathways and across all three phases.
This gives you the freedom to choose a community based on the work that feels most important now while knowing that there will be opportunities to continue going deeper throughout the year.
You may decide to stay within one pathway for a season. You may discover that another pathway addresses something becoming important in your recovery. Or you may move between pathways over time.
You don't have to do everything.
These communities aren't a checklist, and there isn't one perfect path through recovery. You do not have to complete Phase 1 of every pathway before participating in Phase 2, nor do you necessarily need to stay within a single pathway.
The phases and pathways are here to help you understand your options, not restrict them.
The goal is to give you meaningful choices, focused support, and a clearer picture of what's possible next.
Not Sure Where to Begin?
You don't have to figure out your entire recovery path before joining a community.
Start with the work that feels most important right now.
If you're not sure which Guided Recovery Community might be the best fit, tell me a little about where you are and what you're interested in.

You don't need to know every step ahead. You just need a place to begin—and a way to see what's possible from there.
Want a More Personal Place to Begin?
Groups and pathways can help you see the possibilities—but your recovery is personal.
If you're wondering where you are right now, what needs your attention most, or which kinds of support make sense for your particular situation, the Come Awake Recovery Roadmap™ offers a more individualized place to begin.
Rather than trying to fit yourself into a predetermined recovery path, we'll look at your experiences, needs, strengths, and priorities and use them to develop a clearer picture of your personal recovery.
