Welcome to a safe space designed specifically for Christian women navigating the devastating wake of sexual betray whether it has been years since discovery day or mere months.

This 8-week group is more than just a support group;

it is a structured and supported journey from the paralysis of trauma bonds to the creation of a new vision for your future. We believe you shouldn’t have to walk this dark valley alone. Here, you will find "your people" — a community of sisters who understand your pain without explanation and will walk alongside you every step of the way. 

 

What We Focus On: 

Breaking the Cycle: This group will help you identify and untangle unhealthy relational and

personal patterns and the complex grip of trauma bonds impacting your ability to move forward. 

Healing through Connection: Replace isolation with intentional, healthy relationships and restorative experiences that teach your heart and body what healthy patterns and cycles really are. 

Education & Action: We combine Biblical truth with practical tools to help you regulate your nervous system, regain your voice, and unbind the patterns that are holding you back.  Discernment: Whether you are working toward relational health or seeking clarity through the difficult process of separation or divorce, this group is a non-judgmental space to find the power to recognize and break unhealthy cycles.
